G4C Autumn Networking Event 2026

G4C (Generation for Change) are hosting their Autumn Networking Event at BOX Sports Bar & Kitchen on Thursday 12 November, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. It's a night for young professionals working in the built environment to get together, and it's open to anyone involved in or supporting the construction industry, so you don't have to be a 'young professional' to come along.

For a bit of context, G4C Yorkshire & Humber is part of Constructing Excellence. They describe themselves as the voice of young professionals in the built environment, and they run events across Yorkshire and Humber to connect, develop and challenge the industry's future leaders. This one is sponsored by Soprema UK, a leading manufacturer of building envelope solutions, and they're providing the guest speaker for the evening. The Soprema representative will talk through their own career journey and offer advice for anyone looking to build their own following in the sector, so there's a bit more here than just swapping business cards.

Beyond the talk, the night is a networking event in the simplest sense: a chance to meet people from across the region who work in the same field. And every attendee is automatically entered into a free raffle. It's free to attend, but spaces are limited and work on a first-come, first-served basis, so you'll want to grab your ticket via Eventbrite sooner rather than later. That's Thursday 12 November, 5:30pm to 8:30pm, at BOX Sports Bar & Kitchen, 19-21 Barker's Pool, Sheffield City Centre, S1 2HB.
