Over-18s Halloween party with DJs, outrageous costumes, confetti and lasers at Popworld Sheffield.
Popworld is doing its Halloween thing on Friday 30 October, with the night running from 9pm until 4am. It's billed as Sheffield's Halloween party, and the venue is leaning into the theme with a spooky makeover, confetti, lasers and DJs playing party tunes all night long. The music is pop anthems and guilty pleasures, so it's the kind of night where you're as likely to hear a chart hit from ten years ago as something from the current top ten.
Costumes are a big part of it, and the night is built around people turning up in outrageous gear. If you're not into the full dress-up, there's still plenty to do: the dancefloor is the main event, and VIP booths are available if you'd rather have a home base for the night. The DJs keep things moving with the biggest party tunes from start to finish, so the music doesn't stop until the early hours.

It's an over-18s night, so you'll need to bring ID to get in. Entry is £5, and last admission is at 3:30am, which gives you plenty of time to get there even if you're starting your night elsewhere in the city centre. Popworld is at 2-8 Carver Street, right in the heart of Sheffield, so it's easy to get to and just as easy to find your way home afterwards.
