Breakfast networking session with Venture.Community specialists and founders on validating an MVP, handling user feedback and building a product ready to scale.
Venture.Community are hosting another Entrepreneurs' Breakfast at Pennine Five Campus on Thursday 29 October, from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. It's one of their public events, and this one is titled From Prototype to Powerhouse - Building & Scaling.
The session brings together Venture.Community specialists and founders to talk through how to validate an MVP, handle user feedback and build a product that's actually ready to scale. It's aimed at early-stage founders who've hit that specific, tricky moment when initial traction kicks in: feature requests start multiplying, the initial setup begins to show its limits, and you're trying to keep up the momentum without letting the product's quality, stability or core focus fall apart. If you've got a prototype that's working but you're not sure how to grow it into something sustainable, that's exactly what this is about.
It's a breakfast networking session, so you'll be in the room with other founders and the specialists from Venture.Community, rather than just listening to a talk. The focus is on the practical side of moving from a first version to a scalable business, and the conversation will cover how to balance new requests with a stable product.
