Chloe Petts (The Steamworks)

Chloe Petts plays The Steamworks on Sunday 28 February, her fifth stand-up hour and her fifth tour. She's a breakout star of Taskmaster series 22 on Channel 4, and The Guardian has called her 'one of the most compelling young comics'. This new show is billed as her most honest yet, and it draws on a few specific threads: her newfound identity as a 'Passenger Princess', a tricksy snake called Medusa, and the trials of being the only sober one at a Pitbull concert.

Petts has a fair bit of television and radio behind her. She's appeared on Have I Got News For You (BBC1), Live at the Apollo (BBC2), and Bake Off: An Extra Slice (Channel 4), and she's been a regular host on Sky Sports News. On the podcast front, she's guested on Off Menu with Ed Gamble and James Acaster, Shagged. Married. Annoyed. with Chris and Rosie Ramsey, and Films to Bury With with Brett Goldstein. She also co-hosted The Guilty Feminist alongside Deborah Frances-White. The Scotsman described her as 'one of the most accomplished stand-ups working in the UK today'.

The show runs from 6:30pm to 11pm at The Steamworks, 109-111 Randall Street, Highfield, Sheffield, S2 4SJ. Tickets are £22.40, which includes the booking fee.
