Community session to reintroduce people of all ages and abilities to netball, part of England Netball's Back to Netball programme.
Back to Netball is running at Mercia School on Tuesday 27 October, from 19:30 to 20:30. It's England Netball's flagship programme, a ten-week course run in local leisure centres and community venues across the country, designed to get people back into netball in a supportive way. Whether you haven't played for years or you're trying it for the first time, the sessions are progressive and led by trained coaches, combining skill-based activity with fun game play. There's no demand or commitment, so you can take it at your own pace.
Alongside NETBALLHer, the programme is aimed at all ages and abilities. England Netball frames it as a wellbeing experience that builds belonging, friendship and community, and more than 150,000 people have taken part. The sessions are built around the local community, so it's as much about the people you meet as the sport itself.
