Grammy-nominated bluegrass band Yonder Mountain String Band performs live at Nectar Lounge as part of their 2027 winter tour.
Yonder Mountain String Band plays Nectar Lounge on Saturday, February 27, 2027, as part of their 2027 winter tour. The show starts at 8 PM at 412 N 36th St, and the lineup is the full band: Coleman Smith, Adam Aijala, Nick Piccininni, Ben Kaufmann, and Dave Johnston.
They're coming in off their twelfth studio album, Good As True, released in 2026. It's a record that captures them playing in real time, and it's their first since Get Yourself Outside, the 2022 album that earned a Grammy nomination for Best Bluegrass Album in 2023. Before that, Love. Ain't Love came out in 2017 and was hailed as their most creative, surprising, and energetic work. Between those, they've put out ten more records over more than two decades.
Grammy-nominated and hailing from Boulder, Colorado, Yonder Mountain String Band set the tone for a new direction in acoustic music, carrying bluegrass into rooms and conversations it had never reached before. That same spirit is what they're bringing to Seattle on this tour.
