Internationally acclaimed fingerstyle guitar virtuoso Trace Bundy performs live at The Triple Door as part of his Acoustic Holiday tour.
Trace Bundy plays The Triple Door on Sunday, November 22, as part of his Acoustic Holiday tour, the run of holiday concerts he takes to several cities each year. He's a fingerstyle guitar virtuoso from Boulder, Colorado, and his fans call him the 'Acoustic Ninja.' The music is built on harmonics, looping and multiple capos, and he's played in 28 countries, sold over 140,000 albums on his own Honest Ninja Music label and racked up more than 43 million YouTube views.
It's a solo acoustic show, and the guitar is the only thing on stage. Jimmy Leslie of Guitar Player magazine once called the instrument 'an imagination station' in Bundy's hands, and Audiocast described his live set as an event to be witnessed rather than told about. He's shared stages with Andy McKee and the California Guitar Trio in the past, and this Seattle date is one stop in a tour that brings his acoustic holiday shows to a handful of cities every year.
