A tribute to the golden age of jazz and crooners, featuring the iconic songs of Frank Sinatra and Louis Armstrong performed by a live ensemble.
The Jazz Room brings a tribute to Frank Sinatra and Louis Armstrong to Columbia City Theater on Friday, February 19, 2027. It's a night built around two of the biggest names in jazz and crooning, with the show's singers taking on the hits of the golden age alongside a live ensemble.
The set draws from the songs most associated with both men. From Sinatra, you'll hear Fly Me To The Moon and My Way; from Armstrong, What A Wonderful World and When You're Smiling. The rest of the repertoire follows that same line, pulling from the standards that defined their careers. The singers handle the vocals, and the live band fills out the sound around them.
The setup is a bit different from a standard concert. It's a chic, intimate room with shared tables, and seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone, so if you have a preference for where you sit, you'll want to get there early. The event is 21+.
