A holiday cabaret performance featuring Dina Martina with a humorous take on traditional and contemporary holiday tunes, accompanied by Chris Jeffries.
Dina Martina is back at the Union Arts Center this December with her annual Christmas show, a tradition that's been running for more than 25 years. It's a cabaret performance, and the setlist pulls from both traditional and contemporary holiday tunes, though she doesn't play them straight—she brings a good deal of humor to the whole thing. Accompanying her is Chris Jeffries, an award-winning composer, musician, and former child prodigy.
There are three dates to choose from, and they're spread out across the month. The first is Friday, December 4, at 8 PM; the second is Saturday, December 5, at 3 PM; and the third is Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24, at 2 PM. The show runs about an hour and 45 minutes, which includes a 20-minute intermission, so you'll have a break in the middle to stretch your legs. All three performances are held at The Falls Theatre inside the Union Arts Center in Seattle.
