Wednesday night cornhole league with open play and playoffs, part of Pride Sports USA, held at The Cuff Complex.
Pride Sports Seattle brings its cornhole league to The Cuff Complex on Wednesday, October 14, starting at 7 PM. It's part of the larger Pride Sports USA network, which runs LGBTQ+ recreational sports leagues across the city. If you haven't come across them before, they do more than just cornhole: they run leagues for darts, dodgeball, pickleball and billiards, all open to players of every skill level. They welcome LGBTQ+ folks and allies, and you don't need a team or any prior experience to get involved.
The cornhole league itself runs over six weeks and includes an open-play night, so it's not just a one-off thing—it's a full season. That means you'll be playing the same group of people week after week, which is usually the best part of these leagues. Every league they run is 21+, so you'll be playing with a crowd in your own age bracket.
The venue is The Cuff Complex at 1533 13th Ave in Capitol Hill, which they bill as Seattle's premiere gay night club, known for booking local, national and international DJ talent. It's a spot that usually stays open long after the sports leagues wrap up, so it's easy to stick around for a drink once the games are done.
