Hands-on beginner sushi class where you roll, wrap, and learn with Chef Miranda. All tools and ingredients are provided.
Chef Miranda is leading a hands-on sushi class for beginners at the Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Northgate (9550 1st Ave NE), with sessions running from October 8 through October 15. It's a two-hour workshop, 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and you pick your date when you get your tickets.
The setup turns a prepped station into a sushi counter. You start with seasoned rice and fresh fillings, and as each technique clicks, you work your way through three different rolls: a California Roll, a Kappa Maki, and a spicy tuna Temaki. All the tools and ingredients are provided, so you just show up and start rolling. Everyone in a booking party works at the same station, and parties of two may be paired with another couple. It's pitched as a relaxed session to share with a date, friends, or coworkers.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Seattle and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.
