Deathcore outfit I Declare War performs live at El Corazon, supported by To The Grave, Crown Magnetar and Face Yourself.
I Declare War are playing El Corazon on Wednesday, October 14, with To The Grave, Crown Magnetar and Face Yourself opening. It's a hometown show for them—they're a deathcore outfit from Seattle known for earth-shattering breakdowns, intense metal riffs and low growls. The lineup is Jon Huber on vocals, Evan Hughes and Jake Paulson on guitar, Randy Carpenter on drums and Zack Ring on bass.
They first made a name for themselves on February 6 with What You Deserve, an eight-song CD distributed by Seventh Dagger that drew a huge following. By the time Amidst The Bloodshed came out, they'd become one of the most popular metal bands in Seattle and were gaining a following across the country. Both records are part of the sound they're bringing to this bill, so you'll hear the early material alongside the newer stuff.
