A Halloween-themed afternoon tea with festive treats, themed bites and whimsical potions at Cafe Flora, with costumes encouraged.
Cafe Flora is bringing back its Halloween Afternoon Tea this October, with the tradition running from October 14 to 16, 19 to 23, and 26 to 30, from 10:30 AM to 6 PM each day. It's a collaboration between the restaurant and The Flora Bakehouse, and they describe it as a spellbinding Halloween tradition filled with festive treats, enchanting sips, and Halloween magic.
The service arrives on tiered towers of house-made Halloween pastries and savory tea sandwiches, served alongside a selection of gourmet teas and whimsical potions. The themed bites include ghoulish gougère monsters, pumpkin deviled eggs, and tiny meringue ghosts. Each adult chooses a pot of tea, and children can pick between herbal tea and hot cocoa. There's also a fully vegan and gluten-free menu available, so everyone can be catered for.

Reservations are required, and costumes are highly encouraged, so it's the kind of thing that works as well for a group of friends as it does for a family outing. It runs across three separate blocks of dates throughout the month, from October 14 to 16, 19 to 23, and 26 to 30, with sittings available from 10:30 AM to 6 PM.
