A 60-minute candlelight concert with a string quartet performing Led Zeppelin classics in the historic Arctic Club Hotel.
Candlelight: Stairway to Heaven comes to the Arctic Club Hotel on Sunday, November 8, 2026, with the Seattle String Quartet taking on Led Zeppelin. It's a 60-minute set of the band's classics played by strings, and the room will be lit by thousands of LED candles. The show is a tribute and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the artist, their estate, or official representatives.
The program runs through a good stretch of the Zeppelin catalog. You'll hear 'Immigrant Song', 'Whole Lotta Love', 'Good Times Bad Times', 'Black Dog', 'Ramble On', 'Going to California', 'Dazed & Confused', 'Rock and Roll', 'Babe I'm Gonna Leave You', 'Kashmir', and the title track, 'Stairway to Heaven'. It's a full hour of familiar ground, stripped of the electric guitars and drums and handed over to the quartet.
The venue is the Arctic Club Hotel at 700 3rd Avenue, a 1916 Beaux-Arts landmark in downtown Seattle. It holds 400 people and is known for the terra cotta walrus heads that decorate the exterior. The performance takes place in the Northern Lights Dome Room, where a stained-glass dome frames the stage. The Candlelight series has also played the historic aircraft of The Museum of Flight and the Nordic-inspired design of the National Nordic Museum; guests have described it as a "creative, enchanting, and new concert experience."
