House and tech-house duo Shermanology perform a dancefloor-focused set presented by LED at Quartyard.
Shermanology play Quartyard on Saturday, November 7, with the session presented by LED. It's a brother-sister duo, and they're known for vocal-driven energy and for placing tracks on Defected and Hot Creations.
Their sound comes from their Caribbean-Dutch roots and a deep affinity for '90s house, funk and soul, which they translate into a dancefloor-focused mix. If you've heard their work on Defected or Hot Creations, you've got a good idea of the territory they cover—house and tech-house with a strong vocal presence. The Caribbean-Dutch background and the '90s house, funk and soul influences are what they bring to the mix, and the result is a set built for the dancefloor.
