A live orchestral performance of Bear McCreary's score from the Outlander series, curated by Matthew B. Roberts, with scenes from the show projected on screen.
Outlander in Concert comes to the Civic Theatre on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 7 PM. It's a live orchestral performance of the music from the Outlander series, with the score played by a full orchestra while some of the show's most stirring scenes run on a cinema-sized screen. The music was composed by Bear McCreary, who also won an Emmy for his work on the series, and the program was curated by the show's showrunner, Matthew B. Roberts.
This is an officially licensed experience, created in collaboration with Roberts and McCreary. It premiered in Scotland at Echoes of The Highlands and was licensed by Sony Pictures Television and Starz, conceived as a love letter to the story as the global phenomenon reaches its conclusion. The music takes center stage, so you're hearing the score live rather than as a background to the scenes.

On the practical side, the Civic Theatre is a cashless venue, so you'll want to have a card ready. All ages must have their own ticket, and photo, audio, and video recording are strictly prohibited. Tickets run from $52.25 to $124.50, and doors open an hour before the 7 PM start.
