Electronic music DJ Vintage Culture brings his label showcase AFFAIRS to The Rady Shell, joined by Damian Lazarus and DOOZIE.
Vintage Culture brings his label showcase, Affairs, to The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park on Friday, November 13. It's the first time the showcase has come to San Diego, and it's also Culture's first time playing the Shell. The whole thing is set along the waterfront, and it's an afternoon show, so you'll be dancing while the sun is still up.
Culture isn't playing alone. He's joined by Damian Lazarus, the founder of Crosstown Rebels, who's spent two decades shaping underground dance music with his sunrise-leaning sets. And then there's DOOZIE, described as one of the Brazilian scene's fastest-rising exports. Together they'll be running through the sounds that define the Affairs label.
As for the venue, The Rady Shell is the centerpiece of the 3.7-acre public Jacobs Park, developed and managed by the San Diego Symphony on the city's Embarcadero. It's an open-air space right on the water, so the afternoon timing works with the setting. The event is strictly 21+, and there's no dress code, so you can just show up as you are.

For a group, VIP Onstage tables start at $7,500. It's a long afternoon of dancing that stretches from mid-afternoon well into the evening.
