Concert featuring Like Moths to Flames headlining, with support from Saosin, Save Us and Silent Planet at the SOMA venue.
Like Moths to Flames are playing SOMA on Saturday, November 28, as part of a four-band bill. They're sharing the stage with Saosin, Silent Planet, and Save Us, with the night running on the mainstage.
Saosin is the headliner here, an Orange County post-hardcore band that formed in the early 2000s. They're known for soaring vocals, intricate guitars, and anthemic songwriting, and this tour features their iconic lineup: Cove Reber, Beau Burchell, Phil Sgrosso, Chris Sorenson, and Alex Rodriguez. Their self-titled album and the gold-certified single "You're Not Alone" helped define the genre.
Like Moths to Flames formed in 2010 in Columbus, Ohio, as a metalcore band noted for an aggressive yet melodic sound, with albums such as The Cycles of Trying to Cope and No Eternity in Gold. Silent Planet is an award-winning heavy music quartet formed in 2009 that blends hardcore, post-rock, metal, and ambient textures; they were named Best Underground Band at the 2017 APMAs. Save Us rounds out the lineup.
