Harvest Market: Free Family Fun Day

Harvest Market: Free Family Fun Day is coming to Mission Valley this Saturday, October 17, from 9 AM to 12 PM. It's a community harvest market held at Nese Kids Care, 967 Camino Del Rio S, in San Diego.

The main draw is the market itself, with more than 30 local makers setting up. You'll find a good mix of local craft and handmade goods, so it's a decent spot to pick up something unique from people in the area. Alongside the shopping, there are food trucks on site to keep you fed while you browse.

If you're bringing kids, there's plenty to keep them busy. They'll have bounce houses for them to run off some energy, face painting, and craft stations where they can make something of their own. Live music will be playing throughout the morning, too, so it's more of a full-morning hangout than just a quick trip to a market. It's set up as a family day, so the activities are spread across the venue.

Admission is free, and kids are always free. The first 100 adult tickets are also free with an RSVP, so if you're planning to go, it's worth grabbing one of those spots ahead of time. The whole thing runs from 9 AM to 12 PM on Saturday, October 17, at Nese Kids Care in Mission Valley.
