A country and Americana night featuring the Los Angeles band Dominique and the Diamonds, San Diego artist Elizabeth Bowersox, and Ukulena at Soda Bar.
Dominique and the Diamonds headline Soda Bar on Thursday, October 15, with Elizabeth Bowersox and Ukulena opening. It's a night of country and Americana, presented by Soda.
Dominique and the Diamonds are a northeast Los Angeles outfit fronted by Colombian-American singer-songwriter Dominique Gomez. Her voice is raw and powerful, and the comparisons to Linda Ronstadt come naturally. The band draws on The Flying Burrito Brothers and 1970s country acts, blending vintage country soul with a contemporary feel, and they arrive with a timeless confidence that belies their brief tenure.
Elizabeth Bowersox is a San Diego country and Americana artist, and Coastal Reverb has called her one of the city's most prolific up-and-coming songwriters. Her debut EP, California Queen, won the 2026 San Diego Music Award for Best Country or Americana Album. Classically trained in voice, she favors live instruments and front-and-center vocals, and her 2026 summer single "Red Hot Summer" pairs catchy lyrics with wailing guitars. Ukulena rounds out the lineup.
