Stand-up comedy show featuring Damon Williams, a legendary comedian from Chicago, at Mic Drop Comedy.
Damon Williams is playing Mic Drop Comedy in San Diego on Sunday, October 11, at 8:30 PM. He's a Chicago-born comedian, actor, writer, and producer who's been a household name in entertainment for more than 30 years. He didn't start in comedy, though—back in the early 1990s, he was running a Subway sandwich shop before the comedy bug finally caught him.
Since then, he's performed stand-up across several networks, landed the opening spot on the Kings of Comedy tour, and toured the US on the Royal Comedy tour. For eight years, he sat in The Funny Chair on the Tom Joyner Morning Show, and he executive produced and hosted the eight-episode series Laugh Tonight with Damon Williams, which streams on UrbanflixTV and TUBI. He's also acted, with a leading role in the film Heaven on Seven, and contributed as a writer and on-air talent to SHERRI. His Netflix special All The Queen's Men, presented by Sommore, is currently streaming.
