Live music and dance show at Spin Night Club in the Midway District.
Always In Motion is at Spin Night Club on Saturday, October 17, starting at 3 PM. It's a live music and dance show, and the afternoon start puts it in a different window than your usual late-night club run.
If you haven't spent much time there, Spin is in the Midway District at 2028 Hancock Street, near the Sports Arena. It's built around two separate dance floors, a sweeping mezzanine, and an open-air roof deck with views over downtown. The room runs on 70,000 watts of sound, kinetic lighting, and lasers, plus an Atlantis Video bar. It holds 750 people, so there's plenty of room to move around between the floors and the deck.
The club has a history of bringing in international DJ names—David Guetta, Kaskade, Paul Oakenfold, Seth Troxler, Claude Von Stroke, Chris Cox, Farina, Spalding, Perez, Paulo, and Ralphie Rosario have all played here. That gives you a sense of the kind of sound the room is built for: loud, dance-floor-focused music with the lighting and sound to back it up. Always In Motion fits right into that, combining live music and dance in a space that's set up for both.
