A stand-up comedy night featuring ten local San Antonio comics, a host, and a feature comic, with drink specials available.
Upstage Comedy Lounge hosts the Sips & Giggles Showcase on Thursday, October 15, their regular Thursday night stand-up lineup. It's a local-heavy bill: ten San Antonio comics take the stage, with a host to keep things moving and a feature comic to close it out. The sets are fast, the lineup stays local, and there are drink specials running all night.
If you're not familiar with the room, Upstage Comedy Lounge bills itself as San Antonio's premier comedy lounge, and it does more than just shows—they run workshops and rent out the venue, too. The Sips & Giggles Showcase is their Thursday night staple, and the format is built around the city's own comics rather than a touring headliner. Ten local sets in one night means you'll hear a good stretch of the San Antonio scene in a single sitting, with the feature comic bringing it home.
