New Year's Eve Firework Countdown on Crockett

Hard Rock Cafe San Antonio is hosting its New Year's Eve Firework Countdown on Thursday, December 31, 2026, from 7 PM to 2 AM. It's set up as a block party that pairs an indoor celebration with a view of the fireworks lighting up Downtown San Antonio, so you can stay inside for the food and music and then step out onto Crockett Street when the clock strikes midnight.

Inside, the night runs on a few different tracks. There are casino games to play, live music, and a Chef-Specialty holiday buffet to keep you fed throughout the evening. Party favors and a champagne toast are included, too. The whole thing is built around the street party, which is where you'll get your view of the fireworks over downtown.

If you're going with a group, there's a more private option. You can book a VIP Igloo that fits up to eight people, which comes with a dedicated server, bottle service, and a $100 gift card per Igloo. It's a good call if you'd rather have your own home base for the night than mix into the general crowd.

General admission for the street level is $150, plus 8.25% sales tax and a 20% admin fee. The VIP Igloo Experience is $1,500 for up to eight people. The party runs from 7 PM through 2 AM at the Hard Rock Cafe, 111 W Crockett St #210, in San Antonio.
