Free indoor Halloween market with more than 80 local vendors, trick-or-treating, character photo ops and a themed goodie bag for the first 50 shoppers.
Creator's Collective Market is putting on a Halloween market in Salt Lake City on Saturday, October 24, from 11 AM to 4 PM. It's an indoor event, so you won't be fighting the weather, and it's built around local small businesses, artists, makers and curators. They're bringing in more than 80 vendors, which is a lot of ground to cover in one afternoon.
The variety is what stands out here. You'll find art, jewelry, home goods, clothing and accessories, self-care products, children's items, and pet goods. There's also a body-mod section with fine-line tattoos, hollow-needle piercings and permanent jewelry. If you're just browsing, it's a good place to see what local makers are putting out across a few different categories at once.
It's not just about shopping, though. You can trick-or-treat at the vendor booths, and there are free photo ops with the local character Castle of Chaos. If you're among the first 50 shoppers, you'll get a themed goodie bag, and there are giveaways running all day. Costumes are encouraged, so it's a good excuse to wear one if you've been looking for a reason. The indoor space admits service animals only.
