Pasta Night

Alimentari at Left Bank is bringing back Pasta Night on Thursdays this fall, with four dates lined up: October 22, October 29, November 5, and November 12. Each one runs from 4 PM to 8 PM, so it's more of an early dinner or a late afternoon thing than a late-night spot.

If you haven't been, Alimentari is a deli and butcher shop inside Transfer Co. Food Hall, at 500 E Davie St in downtown Raleigh. On a regular day, they're known for Italian subs, sandwiches, sliders, and ready-to-go meals you can grab and take home. Pasta Night is their Thursday special, where the focus shifts to fresh pasta. Since it's inside the food hall, you're in a spot where you can grab a drink or a side from another vendor and still make the pasta the main event.

It's a recurring thing rather than a one-off, so you've got four Thursdays to work with. If you can't make the first one on October 22, there are three more following it—October 29, November 5, and November 12—all running from 4 PM to 8 PM.
