2027 main stage production of the long-running musical Les Misérables at Theatre Raleigh Arts Center.
Les Misérables is coming to the De Ann S. Jones Theatre in Raleigh, with the main run starting October 6, 2027. It's a full main stage production, and it's staying in town for nearly three weeks, running through October 24. If you're planning around it, that gives you plenty of dates to choose from rather than just one weekend.
For anyone who knows the story, you know what you're getting here. It's the musical based on Victor Hugo's novel, and it's one of the few shows that's managed to stay in the public eye for decades. The production follows the same lines as the one that's toured the world: Jean Valjean, the fugitive who spends his life running from the law and trying to do right by the people around him, and Javert, the inspector who won't let him go. Between them, it's a story about the French Revolution, the people caught in the middle of it, and the kind of things that don't really go away just because the years pass.

Because it's a main stage production, it's a full evening of theater. The run starts on Wednesday, October 6, and continues through Sunday, October 24, so you've got a good window to catch it whenever it fits your schedule. The venue is the De Ann S. Jones Theatre, part of the Theatre Raleigh Arts Center, right here in Raleigh. If you've been to the center before, you know the spot. If not, it's easy enough to find downtown. The show runs from October 6 to October 24, 2027, at the De Ann S. Jones Theatre.
