Free yoga classes open to everyone on Centennial Campus, held every weekday from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m.
Free Yoga is happening at Centennial Campus every weekday, from 12:30 to 1:15 PM. It's open to everyone, so you don't have to be a student or work on campus to join in. If you're in the area during the lunch hour, it's an easy way to stretch out and reset before heading back to your desk.
Centennial Campus is NC State's public community and urban oasis for innovation, learning, relaxation, and fun. The yoga is part of the year-round programming the Centennial Campus Placemaking team puts together, which includes outdoor movies, concerts, food truck rodeos, research talks, races, and skills classes. The campus is home to the 75-acre Lake Raleigh, with hiking and biking trails, the public art work Reds and Whites by sculptor Larry Bell, and the Lonnie Poole Golf Course, which is the only collegiate golf course in the world designed by Arnold Palmer. It sits close to downtown Raleigh, the Raleigh-Durham International Airport, Dorothea Dix Park, and the State Farmers Market.
