Tin Roof is a live music joint built around giving musicians a place to play and a place to hang when they aren't onstage. It has a first-floor stage for live music, southern-inspired 'Better Than Bar Food,' and a second-level rooftop patio. Over the years, it's hosted the famous, the should-have-been-famous, and everyone in between. The venue prides itself on its community of Regulars and a friendly Crew, and on the motto 'Where Everybody is Somebody.'

If you're heading down, you'll find it at 300 Glenwood Ave. in downtown Raleigh. Between the stage and the rooftop, there's plenty of room to settle in for the night. The music kicks off at 10 PM, and since there's no cover, it's an easy one to drop into on a Saturday night.
