Stand Atlantic

Stand Atlantic play the McMenamins Crystal Ballroom on Wednesday, November 18, as part of their Camp Screamo 2 tour. They're not coming alone: Silverstein, Story of the Year, and Footballhead are all on the bill, so it's a full night of alternative rock rather than just one band. Story of the Year is returning as a support act for this leg, which runs through November and December across North America.

Stand Atlantic is an Australian quartet that formed in Sydney in 2012. They've grown into one of the genre's fastest-rising international acts, with more than 500 million streams worldwide across four studio albums: Skinny Dipping (2018), Pink Elephant (2019), f.e.a.r. (2022), and WAS HERE (2024). Their ARIA Platinum-certified hit "Deathwish (feat. nothing, nowhere.)" has passed 57 million streams, and their triple j Like A Version cover of Juice WRLD's "Righteous" made the inaugural Hottest 100. On stage, they've shared bills with Sum 41, MOD SUN, A Day To Remember, and I Prevail.

The timing works out well if you're coming for the new stuff: their fifth album, GODBREATH, arrives on October 23 via Virgin Music Group, so by the time they hit Portland on November 18, it'll have been out for nearly a month. That gives you plenty of time to get familiar with the new record before you hear it live.

The show is at the McMenamins Crystal Ballroom, 1332 W Burnside, and starts at 6 PM PST.
