Annual 90s dance party with costume contest and cash prize for the wickedest witch, themed around All Hallows Eve.
SNAP! brings back the Witches Ball to Holocene on Friday, October 30, the annual Halloween edition of their 90s dance party. It's the spooky spin on the crew's recurring 'RHYTHM IS A DANCER' night, which they hold every last Friday of the month at Holocene. The Witches Ball leans into All Hallows Eve, themed around the era's witchy pop culture—think the Sanderson Sisters, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and Charmed.
The music covers the entire decade from 1990 to 1999, pulling from grunge, rave, pop, hip hop, alt rock, rap, and R&B, with throwback surprises mixed in. The night is built to feel like you've been transported back to a middle school dance, so the setlist doesn't stick to one corner of the 90s; it jumps across the genres that defined the decade. It's a 21+ night, and since it's the Halloween edition, there's a costume contest with a cash prize for the wickedest witch.

If you've been to 'RHYTHM IS A DANCER' before, you know the drill—it's a dance party, not a concert, and the Witches Ball is the one time of year it gets a full costume makeover. The music stays in the 90s, but the theme shifts toward the supernatural. Doors open at 9 PM, and tickets are $15.28.
