Nice As F*#K – Back As F*#K Nice As Ever

Nice As Fuck are playing Wonder Ballroom on Thursday, October 22, under the title Nice As F#K – Back As F#K Nice As Ever. It's a Portland date for the trio, and the show is billed as a full concert.

The band is made up of Jenny Lewis, Tennessee Thomas, and Erika Spring. If those names ring a bell, it's because they've all worked in other circles: Jenny Lewis is well known for her solo work and her time in Rilo Kiley; Tennessee Thomas has a long history as a drummer, including years with The Go; and Erika Spring has put out her own records. Together they've been playing under this name for a while now, and this is a chance to catch them live in the city.

It's a Thursday night, so it's a mid-week show rather than a weekend one. Doors open at 4 PM, and the music starts at 5 PM, which puts the whole thing in the late afternoon and early evening—you'll be out well before midnight. Tickets run from $25 to $35, depending on where you buy them.
