Neurosis performs live at Revolution Hall in Portland, with Great Falls as the support act.
Neurosis play Revolution Hall on Friday, November 27, their first Portland date in years. They're touring behind An Undying Love For A Burning World, their first new album in a decade, which came out in March on Neurot Recordings. The set will draw from the new record, and the run of shows follows two sold-out nights at The Fillmore in San Francisco on October 16 and 17.
Great Falls opens the bill, with special guests still to be announced. Neurosis has been on the road since the album dropped, and this Portland stop is part of a larger run of dates they've been working through since the spring. An Undying Love For A Burning World is the first full-length they've put out in ten years, so the set will lean on that new material alongside the older songs they've carried for a while.
If you've been following them, you know the gap between records is a regular thing for them, and this one breaks a decade-long stretch. The album came out in March on their own Neurot Recordings, and the tour has been building around it ever since. The Portland show comes after those two sold-out nights at The Fillmore in San Francisco on October 16 and 17, so they'll be well into the run by the time they hit Revolution Hall.
