Metalcore band Kingdom of Giants performs live at the Hawthorne Theatre, with support from Deadlands, Holy Wars and Night Rider.
Kingdom of Giants play the Hawthorne Theatre on Sunday, November 15, with Deadlands, Holy Wars and Night Rider opening. The night is presented by Mammoth NW.
Kingdom of Giants is a six-piece metalcore band from Northern California, around since 2011. Their first major album, Ground Culture, came out after they signed to InVogue Records in the fall of 2014 and was produced by Andreas Magnusson, who has worked with Haste The Day, The Black Dahlia Murder and Fit For A King. Since then they've toured the US, Canada and Europe alongside acts like Volumes, Fit For A King, Phinehas and I, The Breather. The current lineup includes vocalist Dana Willax, guitarists Max Bremer and Julian Perez, and drummer Truman Berlin.
Critics have pointed to the band's lyrical themes—questioning religious faith, mortality and the loss of family members—as well as a dynamic, high-energy live sound. The bill is rounded out by Deadlands, Holy Wars and Night Rider, so there's plenty to hear before the headliner takes the stage.
