Soulful drum and bass night with Degs, LENS, London Elektricity and Winslow; headliners start when doors open.
JUICE Drum and Bass is back at Holocene on Sunday, October 11, with a soulful drum and bass night featuring Degs, LENS, London Elektricity, and Winslow. It's a heavy lineup for one room, and the headliners start as soon as the doors open, so you won't be waiting around for the main act to take over.
There's a bit of history to this one. JUICE has been a cornerstone of drum and bass on this side of the Atlantic for 21 years, and nearly 17 of those have been spent at Holocene. The venue itself is a former warehouse in Portland's Central Eastside that sits somewhere between a concert hall and a nightclub, with high ceilings, clean industrial lines, a large open dance floor, and a mezzanine lounge overlooking the room. The night is billed as the only one stateside to host all four of these artists together, and it's also the last in-person JUICE show for some time, with a new t-shirt design marking the occasion. The poster frames the whole thing around '2005-2026: Perseverance, dedication, longevity, tenacity, growth.'
Beyond the club, the act runs the InBetween Sessions radio show and livestream every week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 7 to 11 PM PST. It's worth noting this isn't an official Hospital Records label eventβjust a very special lineup brought together for the night. If you've been following JUICE for a while, this is one of those bookend shows that feels like a proper milestone.

Doors open at 8:45 PM, and tickets run from $25.97 to $48.63, with the night open to 21 and over. Since the headliners start right when the doors open, you'll want to be there early to catch the full run.
