A spooky evening of wine, plants, bingo and a Halloween costume contest at Hip Chicks do Wine, hosted by Adrienne Alexander.
Halloween Plant Bingo takes over Hip Chicks do Wine on Friday, October 30, from 6 PM to 8 PM. It's a night that puts wine, plants, and bingo in one room, with a costume contest on top of it. The evening is hosted by Adrienne Alexander, who brings the glam, the laughs, and the bingo balls, while Gifford's Flowers provides the plant prizes. Costumes are encouraged, and the costume contest rounds out a night billed as wine, plants, bingo and a little hocus pocus.
The venue is Hip Chicks do Wine, a queer-owned winery in SE Portland that's been around since 1999. It was voted Best Urban Winery in the 2026 Willamette Week Best of Portland competition, so you're in good hands on the wine front. If you're planning to go, they ask that you arrive by 5:30 PM, giving you a half hour to settle in before the bingo starts at 6.
