The Black Angels perform their Passover 2026 Tour with support from Ghostwoman at the historic McMenamins Crystal Ballroom.
Ghostwoman opens for The Black Angels at the McMenamins Crystal Ballroom on Tuesday, November 10. The Black Angels are rolling through on their Passover 2026 Tour, and this is their Portland stop.
The Black Angels are a psychedelic rock band from Austin, Texas, formed in May 2004. They took their name from the Velvet Underground song "The Black Angel's Death Song," and the lineup consists of Alex Maas, Christian Bland, Kyle Hunt, Nate Ryan, and Stephanie Bailey. They've been together over two decades, so they're well into their stride by this tour.
Ghostwoman comes from Edmonton, Canada, and works across Western Revival, Gothic, Grunge, Post-punk, and Noise. That's a wide spread of sounds to cover in one set, and it puts her in a different gear than the psychedelic rock the Black Angels are known for. The show is presented by True West and is open to all ages.
