A monthly showcase of darkly decadent burlesque and performance art featuring cabaret, burlesque and performance art talent from Portland and beyond, with tarot readings and gothic art.
Burlynomicon returns to The Coffin on Tuesday, October 13, for its fifteenth show. Produced and hosted by Natasha Riot, it's a monthly showcase of darkly decadent performance art that runs on the second Tuesday of each month from January through October. This is the final one of 2026.
The bill rotates cabaret, burlesque, and performance art talent from Portland and beyond, all presenting beauty with an eerie and humorous twist. The lineup for this night includes Sherwood Ryder, Paige Rustles, Whisper De Corvo, Kiki Le Miau, and U-Phoria. Between the acts, Ophelia Darkly will be doing Victorian Doll Tarot readings.
There's more to do around the room than just watch the stage. You can browse gothic art and accessories from Villainry by Brittany Alexander, grab cocktails and food, and encounter a magical being who tells fortunes. Masks are encouraged and costumes or fancy dress are highly recommended, so it's a good night to lean into the theme.
