Beaumont Cribbage Club

The Beaumont Cribbage Club is back at Tomorrow's Verse Taproom this Saturday, October 10, for another round of the weekly cribbage tournament. It's a regular fixture in Northeast Portland, and if you missed this one, they'll be back again on October 17 and October 24.

The club describes itself as open to people who play cribbage, those who are cribbage-curious, and anyone who enjoys pegging jokes that stopped being funny about 30 years ago. It's a casual setup, so you don't need to be a seasoned pro to jump in—just bring your board and a willingness to play.

Tomorrow's Verse Taproom & Bottle Shop, at 4605 NE Fremont St Ste 103, is more than just a spot for the club. It's a hub for community programming in the neighborhood, with weekly live music, trivia nights, bluegrass jams, jazz performances, food pop-ups, music streams, and music bingo running alongside the cribbage. If you're coming for the tournament, you'll likely find plenty else going on around the place.

Registration runs from 2:30 to 3:00 PM, and the tournament kicks off at 3:00 PM. The buy-in is $5 cash.
