Oregon Ballet Theatre presents its popular production of Alice in Wonderland, featuring Septime Webre's choreography and Matthew Pierce's score.
Oregon Ballet Theatre brings Alice in Wonderland to the Keller Auditorium from February 13 through February 21, 2027. It's one of OBT's most popular shows, and it returns as part of their 2026-27 season.
The production follows Alice down the rabbit hole and into a psychedelic Wonderland choreographed by Septime Webre. It's a ballet version of Lewis Carroll's books, so you'll find the same characters you expect, brought to life through dancing, color-drenched sets, and witty costumes. The whole thing is set to a catchy score by Matthew Pierce, and the company's orchestra plays live at every single performance, which is a nice touch you don't always get with these kinds of productions.
Alice sits alongside other classics in OBT's season, which also includes Swan Lake and George Balanchine's The Nutcracker. If you're planning to make a night of it, it's a good one to bring the kids toβthe show is suitable for ages five and up, so it works as a family outing as much as a date or a solo trip.
