Magician Lee Terbosic performs an upside-down straitjacket escape 100 feet above Pittsburgh from a firetruck ladder, with live music by DJ Midas and DJ Bonics.
Lee Terbosic is returning to the Pittsburgh skyline on Saturday, October 31, for Houdini 100: Chapter Two - The Great Firetruck Ladder Escape. He'll be performing at Arts Landing, 803 Penn Ave, in Downtown Pittsburgh, where he's going to do an upside-down straitjacket escape 100 feet above the street from a Pittsburgh Fire Department ladder truck. The only way down is a burning lifeline.
The date is the whole point. Halloween night marks exactly 100 years since Harry Houdini died, and it's also a decade since Terbosic did his original Houdini 100 escape over Downtown Pittsburgh back in 2016. This is the second chapter of that project, and the timing ties it right back to the original.
The evening starts at 7 PM with live music from DJ Midas and DJ Bonics, who'll be playing before the stunt program and the escape itself. The crowd is invited to come in costume, which fits the Halloween date and the whole theatrical side of the night. The stunt program kicks off at 8:30 PM, so if you're coming for the escape, that's the time to keep in mind.

It's a free event, and since it's right in the middle of Downtown, it's easy to get to. The music starts at 7 PM, the stunt program at 8:30 PM, and the whole thing is free at Arts Landing, 803 Penn Ave.
