Drink Your Watershed with Three Rivers Waterkeeper

Three Rivers Waterkeeper is hosting Drink Your Watershed at Pittsburgh Brewing Company on Friday, October 16, from 6 PM to 9:30 PM. It's an educational tasting event and a fundraiser for clean water, and it's the fifth time they've put this particular night together. The evening is one of their year-round events, which range from paddle experiences and volunteer projects to boat sales and special gatherings.

As the Waterkeeper based in Pittsburgh, the group holds polluters accountable and works to ensure that local, state, and federal governments enforce the clean water laws that protect public and environmental health. They combine scientific and legal advocacy to protect the water quality of the Allegheny, Monongahela, and Ohio Rivers and their watersheds. Proceeds from the night go toward continuing that work and providing free educational programming, and the gathering also serves as a chance to celebrate the group's recent wins.
