A culinary adventure featuring food and beverage samples, demonstrations and mixology classes with local chefs and regional brands.
USA TODAY Wine & Food Experience comes to High Street on Saturday, October 24, from 12 PM to 4 PM. It's a one-afternoon culinary event built around tasting, and the whole thing is covered by a single admission ticket.
The day is set up as a walk-through: you'll sample dishes from acclaimed local chefs, emerging talent, and culinary leaders, each paired with wine, beer, or spirits from regional and national brands. Between the tasting stations, there's music and mixology classes to round it out. The ticket gets you in the door, a tasting cup, all the food and beverage samples, and access to those classes, so you don't have to keep reaching for your wallet as you move through the venue.
It's a good way to spend a Saturday afternoon if you're into food and drink but don't want to commit to a full dinner—you can graze your way through a wide variety of chefs and labels in a few hours. The mixology classes give you a chance to see how the drinks are put together, and the music keeps things moving. Since it's all under one ticket, you can spend as much or as little time as you like at each station.
