Soul and R&B concert by The James Hunter Six, part of the Off the Fence Tour, at the Musical Instrument Museum.
The James Hunter Six play the Musical Instrument Museum on Saturday, December 5, 2026, as part of the Off the Fence Tour. The show is fronted by James Hunter, the British soul and R&B singer-songwriter who leads the band.
Hunter is a GRAMMY nominee, and MOJO has described his voice as gritty and his songs as sharp. He's also known for his duet with Van Morrison, "Ain't That A Trip," so if you've come across his name through that, this is a chance to hear him out front with his own band. The set will be soul and R&B, the sound he's built his career on.
