Live show by Slow Pulp at the Crescent Ballroom on Halloween.
Slow Pulp play the Crescent Ballroom on Saturday, October 31, 2026, starting at 8 PM. It's a single-act bill, with the band as the sole feature of the night.
Much of the set will draw from Yard, their second full-length record and their first for ANTI-. When the members of Slow Pulp talk about the album, their vocabulary often defaults to synesthetic imagery and sensation—the kind of language that describes sound in terms of color, texture, and feeling rather than just chords and melodies. It's a way of talking about music that suggests the songs are meant to be felt as much as heard, and that's a good way to approach the record before you see it live.
Yard sits alongside their earlier work, so you'll get a look at where they've come from as well as where they are now. The band's sound has always leaned into the atmospheric, and Yard continues that thread while introducing the new material they've been working with. Between the newer songs and the older ones, the set should give a fair sense of the whole.
