Christian EDM project Rave Jesus performs live at the Crescent Ballroom as part of their Rave Revival Fall Tour.
Rave Jesus brings the Rave Revival Fall Tour to the Crescent Ballroom on Thursday, December 10. It's a single-act bill presented by Live Nation, with the show starting at 8 PM and doors opening an hour earlier at 7 PM.
For those who haven't come across the name, Rave Jesus is the Christian EDM project of Detroit native Topher Jones. He started it from a 2018 prayer call for the music industry, and he's built it around blending faith with dance music. Since then, he's put up more than 200 million Spotify streams and played Tomorrowland, one of the biggest electronic music festivals in the world.
His album I Met God on the Dancefloor features collaborations with Brandon Lake and ThalĂa, so the set should pull from that material. The tour is called Rave Revival, and the name fits the way he describes the project: faith and dance music on the same floor.

The Crescent Ballroom is at 308 North 2nd Ave in downtown Phoenix. It opened in 2011 when Arizona promoter Charlie Levy brought it to the neighborhood, and it's a 500-capacity room with an adjacent cocktail lounge. Over the last 14 years, it's hosted a wide range of acts—indie, hip-hop, EDM, folk, punk, jazz, and Latin—and the venue is turning 15 this year. Tickets are $93.
