Olivia O'Brien presents The Pixie Tour with special guest Sophie Cates at the Crescent Ballroom.
Olivia O'Brien brings The Pixie Tour to the Crescent Ballroom on Thursday, November 5, with Sophie Cates opening. The show was postponed to this date, so if you'd been tracking it, this is the one to circle.
O'Brien is an American singer and songwriter who first broke through in 2016 on the hit single "i hate u, i love u," a collaboration with gnash. That track put her on the map, and from there she signed with Island Records and put out her debut album, Was It Even Real?, in 2019. Since then, she's kept working with a steady stream of EPs and mixtapes, and in 2024 she launched her own independent label, Girlhood Records.

This tour is built around her sophomore album, Pixie, which she released through Gamma in 2026. The set will lean on the new material, but it's a good chance to hear it live. Her sound pulls from a few different places—pop, indie/alternative, dance-pop, and EDM/electronic—so the night should touch on a fair bit of ground. Sophie Cates opens the bill, and the show starts at 8 PM at the Crescent Ballroom, 308 N 2nd Ave in Phoenix.
