Seattle Americana artist Hayden Everett plays the Linger Longer Lounge with support from Lennon VanderDoes and Wheelwright.
Hayden Everett plays Linger Longer Lounge on Wednesday, October 21, with Lennon VanderDoes and Wheelwright opening. It's a midweek show in Phoenix, and Everett is the main draw.
Everett is a Seattle-based Americana artist who blends folk storytelling with jazz-trained musicianship and expansive, atmospheric production. He writes a good deal of his material on solo backpacking trips, and that sense of space carries into the recordings. His debut EP, produced with Jeremy McDonald, earned placements on Grey's Anatomy and praise from Earmilk, Atwood Magazine, and KCRW. Follow-up releases via Platoon and Nettwerk Music Group featured collaborators like JT Bates, James McAlister, and Jack Van Cleaf. He's toured with Hazlett, The Paper Kites, Trousdale, and Vacation Manor, and has over 60 million streams to his name.
This stop comes on the heels of his first full-length album, So The Sun Can Pour, which he released independently in April 2026. He recorded it live at a cabin in Tahoe that his great-grandfather built, and Tucker Martine mixed it. The live set will draw from that record, alongside the earlier EPs and singles that built his following over the last few years.
