A dance party featuring the music organisers love, strictly for over-21s, with doors and the DJ starting at 9:00 PM.
Emo Nite comes to the Crescent Ballroom on Friday, October 30, 2026. It's presented by Live Nation, and the night is strictly 21 and over. Doors open at 9 PM, and the DJ starts at the same time, so you can get in early and settle in before the room fills up.
One thing to clear up before you go: Emo Nite isn't a band or a set of DJs. It's a party thrown for the music the organizers love, which means the night is built around the songs rather than a specific act. If you spent your teenage years with a certain kind of mid-2000s guitar music on repeat, that's exactly what you'll find here. It's a dance floor for that sound, and since it's a DJ-led night, the music keeps moving without the breaks you'd get at a live show.
There's also a charitable side to it. The promoters run 'Gives A F*ck,' and they allocate donations to organizations focusing on mental health, harm reduction, children and families, poverty and homelessness, disenfranchised communities, and terminal illness. It's a good thing to keep in mind while you're out.
