Concert by the Los Angeles roots soul group Dustbowl Revival at the Musical Instrument Museum as part of their Fall 2026 Concert Series.
Dustbowl Revival play the Musical Instrument Museum on Friday, November 20, at 7:30 PM. They're a seven-piece roots soul group from Los Angeles, and this stop is part of the museum's Fall 2026 Concert Series.
If you're not familiar with them, the roots soul label tells a good part of the story. They've spent the last decade pulling from folk, Americana, blues, New Orleans funk and groove, and soul, and they describe their work as pushing the boundaries of acoustic music. With seven people on stage, there's a full band's worth of sound coming from acoustic instruments, which is where that roots feel comes from.
